Title:	跨國評鑑之未來契機－APQN與高教評鑑中心國際化聯合訪視計畫

Abstract:	近年高等教育品質保證機構跨境發展，也如高等教育一般，進行跨國、跨區之輸入與輸出活動，主要分為三種類型：（1）提供境外高等教育品質保證服務；（2）接受國外高等教育品質保證服務；（3）聯合進行訪視。目前至外國進行大學評鑑，提供高等教育品質保證境外服務，以美國、英國、澳洲之品保機構最為積極。然而，因跨國高等教育在亞太地區急速發展，開始促使亞太品保機構對品質保證國際化的重視，除了加入跨國品保組織，與外國評鑑機構相互簽定合作協定，納入國際評鑑委員，充實相關網頁的英文評鑑資訊，也開始思考將品質保證的經驗輸出至國外。
