    摘要: This article investigates Liu Tsung-yüan`s Guanlong clique family background to discuss his consciousness of Li(Propriety). By means of this way could know the crucial point of Liu Tsung-yüan`s consciousness of propriety: settle down people. This article focuses on two sides: Liu Tsung-yüan`s understanding and criticism about Li(Propriety). Consequently, we could realize Liu Tsung-yüan how to give old Li(Propriety)new meanings.
    本文試圖以思想史的研究進路，探討具關隴集團背景的柳宗元，其禮學意識形成的社會脈絡，及其個人如何反思「禮」設立之目的，由外至內紬繹柳宗元對於「禮」的衡量標準，亦即其禮學意識的核心──「利安元元為務」。本文聚焦於柳宗元禮學意識的兩個面向：其一是對「禮」的認識，此屬禮學意識之形成；其二是對禮書與禮制的批評，此乃禮學之反省。循此，瞭解柳宗元如何在反覆辯證的過程中，賦予古禮新的詮釋方式和意義。
