    Abstract: Urban land readjustment is a measure of land development through which the location and configuration of land parcels are readjusted to solve the problems of fragmented ownership and irregular shape, and to supply well-shaped parcels of land equipped with essential public facilities for immediate urban development. This philosophy applies to urban land readjustment in Taiwan as well.
