| Abstract: | 線上檔案目錄常是使用者首次接觸檔案的媒介，提供使用者第一手的資訊，尤其當使用者接觸到無法調閱或限制調閱的機敏檔案時，其檔案目錄資訊更加重要。而我國檔案目錄機敏性資訊呈現較無系統且資訊稀少，常造成使用上的不便。
本研究藉由文獻回顧瞭解機敏檔案定義，透過觀察國內外代表性檔案機構線上目錄之機敏性資訊呈現，並深度訪談檔案主要使用族群歷史研究者，獲悉使用者對於機敏檔案目錄資訊的需求，綜合分析兩者成果，提出對我國目錄中如何呈現機敏檔案之具體作法，以供國內檔案典藏機構參考。
根據研究成果，本研究認為雖然受限法律，使我國機敏性資訊較少，但仍可以借鑿國外經驗；使用者普遍認為機敏檔案目錄需要公開，提供正確的機敏資訊，不僅有助研究及使用，能降低使用者對檔案機構藏匿檔案的質疑。建議參考澳洲機敏檔案資訊呈現方式，在目錄中清楚標註機敏檔案及敘明機敏原因，並提升檔案目錄資訊正確度，使我國檔案目錄機敏資訊能更完整，增進檔案目錄使用便利及可用性。
The first method for users to contact archives is the archive online catalog, which provide users first-hand information. The archive online catalog is very important, especially user needs closed or restricted archives. However, that information is unsystematic and rare in archive institutions of Taiwan. It usually lead to inconvenience.
This study through literatures to understand the definition of secret archives, and observe the archive online catalog of domestic and international important archive institutions. Attempt to investigate users’ requirements by interview historians who are the primary users. Analyze the results of both, this study raise the specific methods of present the secret archives for Taiwan’s archive institutions.
According to the research results, the law restrict domestic archive catalog. But it can still borrow foreign experience to Taiwan. A lot of users suggest that the catalog of secret archives have to open and provide correct information. It would not only helps user, but also can reduce the doubts about the archives hidden archives. This study recommend the way of Australian. Present the clearly mark and the reason of restriction on secret archives. It would let the information more clear, complete and convenient in archive online catalog |
