    Abstract: 
    The most serious of the metropolitan in Taiwan is high house price and rental fee, because
    of rapid development on recent years. It will affect the quality of living seriously, especially in
    Taipei. A normal family on Taipei doesn’t have enough storage space due to a small house.
    Besides, small and medium enterprises often reduce their office space to save the rental cost
    in recent years. Even they move to a co-working space or business center to replace renting an
    own office.
    So, many people living in the metropolitan have the demand to additional storage space.
    The mini-storage industry is just for these kinds of customer. It is a new type storage industry
    to offers the flexible and independent storage space for the customer. The location of
    warehouse is not in the far industrial area but in the business district or residential area in the
    city center. It will be more convenient for the near people living in these business circle or
    community.
    Depending on this new additional service, the mini-storage industry will increase more
    additional value. It will enhance the revenue and gain more net income at least 30 percent.
    When the increasing of logistics volume, the mini-storage industry can hire more variable
    human powers to create higher value of every mini-storage branches.
