    Abstract: 近年來,中國不斷地投入龐大的資金及人力,以增強軟實力。我們可以從中國對大眾傳媒之大量投資,以增加其媒體影響力,發現端倪。在這篇文章中,針對中國關於自身之軟實力詮釋,與約瑟夫.奈爾所提出的原始軟實力概念做出比較,探討了兩者的相似與相異之處,另外也對國家建構和增強民族凝聚力兩大主題進行討論。本文也個別檢視了中國為增加其軟實力,所運用的兩項具體策略及投注之心力:設置孔子學院、以及對官方媒體的經營。最後,以觀察中國在追求增加軟實力這方面上,所擁有的優勢與劣勢歸納出結論。
