    Abstract: 本研究主要探討高速鐵路對「都市土地遠距連接」現象之影響關係,實證分析都市土地使用是否因高速鐵路的興建開通產生使用變化。由於影響土地使用因素十分複雜,實證分析的部分首先透過敘述性統計分析觀察高速鐵路在都市遠距連接中的關聯性,接著利用皮爾森績差相關分析(Pearson Correlation)、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)進行高速鐵路可及性相關變數與地方吸引力相關變數的分析,說明自變數與依變數之間相關性,並篩選出適合在最終模型中使用之變數,透過多階層線性模型(Hierarchical Linear Modeling/HLM)驗證臺灣高速鐵路對遠距離土地改變之影響與都市土地遠距連接之現象。
    敘述性統計分析結果,在高速鐵路可得知高鐵提高了臺灣各鄉鎮之間的可及性,使起訖點間交流強度增加;建成面積的部分也在高速鐵路的開通後而有所增加。在多階層線性模型的結果顯示,高鐵所提升之交通可及性會影響遠距離的土地使用,與當地本身吸引力也會影響遠距離的土地使用。由於對土地使用的改變造成影響的因素十分複雜,因次並沒有單一的方向性,但是可以得知交通發展日趨進步的影響下,都市土地遠距連接之現象確實存在,因此在日後的開發活動中,以環境的永續發展為基礎,並將都市土地遠距連接現象一同納入開發規劃的考量為佳。
