    題名: 我國圖書資訊學碩士畢業生工作調查與碩士班評估

    摘要: 近年來,圖書館因為資訊時代的來臨而逐漸數位化,除了圖書館以外的工作類型也更加多元且廣泛,因此圖書資訊學系碩士班為了因應這些改變勢必要做出不同的調整。本研究以Marshall et al. (2010)提出的「圖書資訊學工作就業2」作為參考依據,希望能夠了解現今圖書資訊學碩士班畢業生在畢業之後尋找工作的方向以及出路,以及評估碩士班對畢業生的幫助及改變。本研究之研究目的為(1)探討我國圖書資訊學碩士班畢業校友的工作就業現況與就業滿意度。(2)探討圖書資訊學碩士班評估的方式。(3)由畢業校友評估圖書資訊學碩士班對其之價值。(4)探討影響畢業校友工作與碩士班滿意度的重要因素。(5)比較不同任職機構圖書資訊學碩士班評估與畢業校友工作就業表現的異同。
    本研究透過參考國內外相關文獻、訪談以及問卷調查,探討圖書資訊學碩士班校友在工作現況以及所需應用到的知能,建構出五構面27項指標,作為未來評估碩士班提供之知能參考。本研究提出之研究結論如下:(1)我國圖書資訊學碩士班畢業校友之就業多元化;(2)本研究提出之碩士班知能指標與構面具可行性(3)碩士班價值與碩士班滿意度、工作知能與工作滿意度息息相關;(4)碩士班評估的方式;(5)任職機構為圖書館類型者滿意度與同意程度都較高;(6)淡江之滿意度居各項之冠,中興與台大之滿意度普遍較低;(7)從事非圖書館相關行業之校友比例逐年提升。
    針對本研究之結論提出以下建議:(1)對碩士班建議課程多與實務結合並且更多元,並且安排長期實習。(2)碩士班應培養學生對資訊的敏銳度與辨識度,並增加不同類型圖書館的參訪或觀摩學習。(3)建議碩士班可加強基礎資訊能力與程式撰寫相關課程,並且開設可適時地與服務場域所需的技能配合之課程(4)對校友建議能與碩士班保持聯繫,對於校友相關調查能加以配合。
    In recent years, libraries are being digitized in the information age. The types of work are more diverse and extensive. Therefore, the graduate institutes of Library and Information Science need to make different adjustments in response to these changes. This study uses Marshall et al. (2010)`s "Book Information Work Employment 2" as a reference, hoping to understand the types of work that master of LIS looking for after graduation, and to evaluate the graduate institute if it’s really gave the graduates good effect. The main purpose of this research are as follows:(1)To do a survey in master of LIS graduates about their employment status and job satisfication in Taiwan. (2) Exploring the way of evaluating the LIS graduate institute. (3) Evaluate the value of the LIS graduate institute by alumni. (4) Find the factors that affecting graduates’ job and master programs satisfaction. (5) Compare the similarities and differences between different work place in the evaluation of the LIS graduate institution and the job performance.
    Through reference, interviews and questionnaires, this study explores the current employment status and the work competencies of the LIS master graduates, and to build five dimensions including 27 indicators as a reference for master’s work competencies. The research results are as follows:(1) Employment diversification of graduated students in Taiwan’s LIS graduate institutions.(2) The job competencies of the graduate institutions in this research are feasibility.(3) The value and the satisfaction of graduate institutions, job competencies and satisfaction are closely related.(4)The way to evaluation graduate institutions.(5)Work in the library get higher number of satisfaction and agreement.(6)The satisfaction of Tamkang higher then the other schools.(7) Alumni engaged in non-library related industries has increased year by year.
    According to the conclusions, the study suggests as the follows: (1) Combine practice or more diversity courses in class, recommend a long-term internships to every student. (2) The graduate institution should cultivate students` recognition of information, and visit more different types of libraries. (3) It is recommended that the master`s degree program can strengthen the basic information ability and program writing related courses. Moreover, provide courses that compatibility with diversity service field. (4) Hope alumni to keep in touch with graduate institute after graduate.
