    摘要: 比特幣在台灣尚落在三不管地帶,新創機會多,創業良機。
    央行前總裁彭淮南2013年曾表示,倘若未來比特必在台灣流行, 將會把此視為貴金屬交易.
    比特幣跨越三個總資產類別:貨幣,證券與商品.
    2018年首季估計駭客損失240億台幣,數位資產的交易平台安全,有改善機會.(日本Coincheck 5.3億usd,義大利bitgrail 1.7億usd)
    專業採礦設備開挖一顆比特幣涉及能源估計,當在中國開採時約1,800元美金,價值參考點(80%挖礦來自中國).
    2017/12/17比特幣19,900元降至2018/6/20 6,572元美金市場起伏大,新應用,新市場,機會無限.
