    Abstract: 5G技術崛起後,根據市場調查機構IHS最新報告顯示到2035年,全球市場規模將達到12.3兆美元經濟產出,而其中高效能伺服器產業亦將隨著5G市場的需求而快速成長。在面對未來此市場的變動,伺服器產業如何進行策略性的轉型,並且重新定義產業價值鏈中各個角色的地位,在這個時間點上更顯得重要。
    在過去伺服器主要角色包含零組件商、伺服器代工業者、品牌商以及代銷裝置的系統整合商、經銷商。而最終消費的伺服器消費者為需要大量資訊儲存及運算的企業機構,例如網路雲端服務供應商,電訊通訊業者、金融銀行業者等等。在伺服器終端使用者需求的掌握,主導權往往被品牌商所擁有。然而5G技術的崛起讓許多新興科技的應用更加擴大,其中也創造了許多具備軟體開發與維護能力的雲端運算、AI應用、物聯網等等的相關企業蓬勃發展。此類公司不再需要品牌廠提供的軟硬體整體解決方案,而是期待更具成本競爭力、客製化、高彈性的伺服器產品。這類終端客戶對於產品需求的根本性變化,帶動了伺服器產業原有產業鏈的破壞與創新,過去只能依賴品牌廠接單生產的代工廠商將迎接前所未有的轉型機會。
    本篇論文即在探討白牌伺服器廠如何在產業鏈的破壞與重組的機會下,開發出符合產業需求的高效能伺服器,並成功打進5G產業鏈的關鍵因素,並以S公司為個案,探討市場發展策略與方向。
