Abstract:	對於現今政府高層應要儘速建立完善的產學合作利益衝突管理制度，以取信於社會大眾，否則即使求得了短期的技術移轉績效，卻可能賠上了長期的科學公信力，破壞了公眾原本信賴的大學或學術機構的社會制度，並使產學合作的發展難以持久。
