    Abstract: 本文以「微生物學傳播說服模式」為理論基礎,並以「問卷調查」分析傳播說服過程,該模式的論點是:一個「傳播說服體」會將對抗性的傳播說服內容,透過直接或間接的方式來接觸「被說服體」。此外,假設新觀點與「被說服體」的原有觀念相同,就不會產生對抗現象;當新觀念會造成心理失衡,則會產生對抗性的觀念。研究結果顯示:(1)「被說服體」在廣播、雜誌、書籍以及個人傳播上有較高的接觸率;(2)在傳播說服內容中,以傳播研究的行為科學觀念最高(超過百分之五十),而其餘均少於百分之五十,這顯示傳播說服之影響力並不理想;(3)在「被說服體」本質上,各因素都不具有影響力。
