    Abstract: 本文是以「二級傳播理論」與「採納新事物過程理論」作為理論基礎,以瞭解「家庭計劃」在台北市的推行情況,並且檢討其得失利弊與提出改進之道。研究顯示:(1)婦女的社會背景越高,越贊成家庭計劃,也越積極實行該計劃;(2)婦女接觸的大眾媒介越多,越贊成家庭計劃,也越積極實行計劃;(3)婦女的現代性態度越強,越贊成家庭計劃,也越積極實行;(4)婦女的發展價值取向越強,越贊成家庭計劃,也越積極實行。因此,本研究肯定大眾傳播在家庭計劃的角色,而最有效的傳播時間是晚上七點至九點的電視劇節目、中午的音樂廣播節目、電影文藝片、國語節目、報紙的社會新聞版、綜合性雜誌。
