    Abstract: 本文旨在說明「意見形成」的心理程序。本文指出,大多數心理學家是透過「刺激反應律」來理解心理程序,亦即外部刺激會影響「有機體」的感知,並且讓他們經過「認知」、「推斷」、「感覺」等心理程序之後產生「反應」。從個人研究觀點而言,意見是由下列因素產生:(1)由刺激形成的個人經驗;(2)附在這些刺激上的意義;(3)這些帶有意義的刺激,會解決情境問題;(4)刺激會產生相關的感情類型。此外,個人對於某一問題的意見雖然可能受到國家、民族、家庭、政黨等感情的單獨影響,然而,在民意研究中,個人意見或多或少都受到感知、認知與感情等因素的複雜相互影響。
