Abstract:	由於梁啟超是近代中國從事啟蒙運動中最努力的人，而在他創辦的八份報紙中，又以《新民叢報》對中國政治社會產生最大的影響力，因此，本文對該報進行了五個部分的討論：(1)對於《新民叢報》的創刊、宗旨、版面、發行以及廣告，進行整體的介紹；(2)論述《新民叢報》的內容，包括了門類、文體、撰述人與圖畫；(3)分析該報初期如何提倡「破壞主義」、抨擊滿清政府、高倡民族主義、宣揚民權主義及鼓舞愛國進取；(4)分析該報後期的言論，特別是《新民叢報》與《民報》之間的論戰；(5)分析《新民叢報》對於中國政治、社會、報業的影響。最後，本文認為《新民叢報》間接地造就了辛亥革命的成功。
