    摘要: 在後民主時代，政治程序與選出政府，反向走回典型的前民主：享有特權小眾菁英，影響力越來越大，民主改變不了什麼，無法推翻少數利益或意念貫徹，難以實踐符合公眾利益目標。民主決斷主義衰敗，社會考察問題方式偏激化；當代bios politikos：政治生活，充斥藐視政治上的政治，拒絕承認政治作為自主的、尊重多元上相互歧異行為與意識的行動場域，社會行動者策略變為反政治，推展單一形式理性的溝通策略。憲法民主國原則，必須考察如此之政治與政治的變化，找到新的規範性意涵。
    In the post-democracy age, the politicalprocedure and government election walked back reversely to the classic pre-democracy: a small group of elites enjoy greater influence while democracy fails to make changes, counter minority’s interests or opinions and comply with public interests. The declining democracy decisionism, radicalization in society examination approaches, modern bios politikos: political lives are filled with disdain to politics and rejection to admit politics is an action forum for autonomous and diverse behaviors and thoughts. Society activist strategy has become the anti-politics communications strategy that promotes single formative rationality. The principle of democracy must be aware of such politics and its changes to obtain new normative meanings.
