Title:	沒不沒收有關係

Abstract:	案例一、A給付1萬元唆使甲傷害B，甲收受金額後果然依約打傷A。案例二、C給付1萬元唆使乙打傷D，乙依約行事，但於傷害行為實行時，因特定因素被法院認定有刑法第19條第1項之情事存在。案例三、隱瞞遭強制性交懷孕之E給付1萬元（非醫療費用）說服婦產科醫師丙，為其親自操刀實行人工流產，丙應允且完成手術。試問上述三案例之1萬元酬金，是否成為刑法沒收之標的。
