    Abstract: 近年來,隨著資訊技術與通訊設備的逐年演進與發達,促使網際網路的涵蓋率也逐漸普及於全國,甚至這樣的普及率已滲透到每戶家庭之中,導致民眾的生活型態有所改變,當生活型態改變的同時也改變了民眾的消費行為。在過去消費者的消費模式是以逛實體店鋪為主,而今在資(通)訊廣泛被使用的環境下,消費者的購物行為已經開始轉變為透過網路商店的銷售方式來進行購物。所以,企業在面臨科技與行為持續變化的時代下,唯有隨時隨地的掌握時代趨勢的脈動,進而演進企業的經營方向,才能在變化萬千的消費市場下存活。
    因此,本研究在考量個案公司在從事實體店鋪經營所面臨的衝擊之後,開始進行此一課題的探討,並且經由文獻分析法、歸納法及五力分析等方法的運用,據以探討個案公司在創新雲端通路之經營模式對個案公司營運成效的影響,依研究分析的結果提出下列幾點結論:
    一、 創新雲端通路經營模式可以開發不同消費族群的市場;
    二、 商品售後服務與物流服務是雲端通路經營的首重要務;
    三、 潛在競爭者會影響個案公司在創新雲端經營的推展;
    四、 替代通路的對個案公司的雲端通路推展易造成威脅。
