    Title: 混成式學習策略在促進實習教師專業知能成長之成效分析

    Abstract: 本研究結合課室的實體學習環境(On-site)與網路的虛擬學習社群(On-web) 形成混成式實習輔導措施,來輔助實習教師專業知能之成長,共有65位實習教師參與本研究,分別來自生物教育研究所、生物系應屆畢業生及教育學分班,經過近一年的實施,結果發現:(1) 實習教師在接受的混成式學習實習輔導措施後,自評自己的教師專業知能確實有成長,實習後期的得分較實習前期為高,且有顯著差異;(2) 實習教師在在教學知能、班級經營知能、行政知能、研習知能、專業態度等幾個向度的得分上亦均達到顯著差異水準;(3)男性實習教師在實習後期各分量表的自評得分平均值均高於女性實習教師,在教學知能、班級經營知能達到統計上的顯著差異;而不同師資養成型態的實習教師其在各量表的自評分數的差異並未達到顯著性水準。
