Title:	從企業再工程看校務行政電腦化

Abstract:	中正大學是一所新學校，在推動「校務行政自動化」的持續進程中，我們慶幸沒有類似他校的歷史包袱；而「企業再工程」的觀念讓我們重新思考資訊系統的發展除了狹義的解除業務壓力、及時提供資訊外，應該還可以廣義的促進學校的進步發展；本文簡單介紹了「企業再工程」相關的一些課題，導入「學校是企業」、「學校的顧客」、「學校程序再工程的元素」等討論，旨在提供學校管理階層、行政人員及資訊人員一個思考的空間，「怎樣能讓學校更好」？
