    Title: 國民中學教師心理契約、情緒勞務與組織公民行為之關聯性研究

    Abstract: 本研究係以教師心理契約、情緒勞務與組織公民行為三個變項為研究主軸,透過問卷調查蒐集國中教師之意見,採用結構方程模式檢視三者之間的影響關係。依據分析結果歸納以下結論:一、國中教師心理契約對情緒勞務產生顯著的正向高度直接影響;二、國中教師心理契約對組織公民行為產生顯著正向中度直接影響;三、國中教師心理契約透過情緒勞務對組織公民行為產生顯著正向中度的中介影響效果。最後,本研究根據研究結論對學校管理者提出建議。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among teacher’s psychological contract, emotional labor, and organization citizenship behavior of junior high schools in Taiwan. Three related questionnaires were used for junior high school teachers to measure the major variables while collected data was analyzed by the Structural Equation Model (SEM). After testing the model of SEM, major findings of this study included: (1) Teacher’s psychological contract had direct effect on emotional labor of teachers in junior high schools. (2) Teacher’s psychological contract had direct effect on organization citizenship behavior of junior high schools. (3)Tested by the mediated-effects model, it was found that teacher’s psychological contract had significant indirect effects on teacher’s organization citizenship behavior mediated by the teacher’s emotional labor of junior high schools. Finally, based on the major findings, several related recommendations were made for the school administrators.
