At the present day, stream’s protocol is UDP basis, it has no flow control algorithm and cause network congestion and occupy other user’s bandwidth, so TCP is generally apply to network’s protocol. However, TCP congestion control algorithms might affect to stream transmission. Therefore, we present a flow control algorithm (ATCP+) suitable for streaming in the network. In this paper we illustrate the algorithm, and analyze its behavior using experiments in real networks.
