    Title: 網路電話接受度與使用意願之探討－以教育單位為例

    Abstract: 隨著資訊與通信科技的蓬勃發展，網路電話此一創新科技成為各界爭相擴展的重要議題。網路電話為提供給人們多元的溝通科技，然而新科技的推廣，若不為使用者接受，即使有創新的功能，也不過是個時代的過度產品。因此，探討使用者對網路電話此一創新科技的接受度，將更能幫助各界確認使用者的意願與發展趨勢。因此，本研究擬以「知覺有用」(Perceived Useful)和 「知覺易用」(Perceived Ease Of Use)兩個構面為主，探討教育人員接受創新科技一網路電話的接受度與使用意願。
    根據本研究發現，在教育單位，對於有用性、易用性與個人使用網路電話意願成正相關。也就是說，個人對網路電話使用的便利性、學習與瞭解方便認知愈強，則使用網路電話來溝通的意願也就越高。另外，態度與使用網路電話意願有高相關。可以看出對使用網路電話愈抱持正向感覺，則使用網路電話的意願愈高。
    本研究希望能藉由台南市教育網路中心，推廣網路電話系統的模式，來探討教育單位使用網路電話系統接受意願的研究結果，對於使用網路電話的可行性，得到整體性的觀念，並提供教育單位推動網路電話的參考。
