    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討中小學學校如何規劃教師利用學校本位網路進修方案,提昇教師專業成長與促進學校轉化為學習型組織。本文先探討教師專業成長與進修形式,並介紹結合實體與網路的混成進修模式,再說明規劃學校本位網路進修的實務,從平台選用到教學實施,並以自由軟體Moodle網路教學平台建置為例,最後提出對教育當局、學校與教師對於執行此方案的相關建議。
