Abstract:	網路拍賣由於其近用性與效率性，近年來已成為線上環境中交易最頻繁的商業模式。過去已有許多學者投入網拍消費行為之研究，但多著重於探討影響下標意願與金額之變數，而忽略了買家是如何決定採取何種途徑完成交易。本研究以實驗設計操弄商品決策之任務模糊性，驗證買家面對高模糊性商品時，會選擇媒介豐富性較高的資訊溝通與決策管道，並在得標後會選擇以風險較低的途徑執行付款與交貨;反之，當面對模糊性較低的商品時，買家會選擇以較低豐富性的管道來溝通與決策，並容忍以較高風險的途徑完成付款與交貨。
