Title:	嵌入式多媒體簡訊服務中心之研製--以INTEL IXDPG425(Monta Jada)為例

Abstract:	電信開放自由化後，行動通訊服務快速成長，行動通訊裝置已將多種多媒體功能整合，並可利用新型的多媒體簡訊服務將影像、聲音與圖片等多媒體資料傳送分享給親朋好友。但目前只有電信業者架設多媒體簡訊服務中心提供多媒體簡訊服務，使用者需透過電信業者才能使用多媒體簡訊服務，藉由第三者傳送對使用者來說，大大的降低了個人的隱私與訊息的安全性。而筆者也針對這點曾提出了「輕量級企業用多媒體訊息服務中心之研製」[1]，可供個人或企業自行架設多媒體簡訊服務中心。但此「輕量級企業用多媒體訊息服務中心」主要為架構在伺服型電腦上，雖然提供了高效能的服務，但所付出的卻是昂貴的硬體與維護成本。有鑑於此，本研究係將「輕量級企業用多媒體訊息服務中心」作更進一步發展，並結合現在趨勢主流的嵌入式系統，嵌入式系統硬體與系統維護成本低廉，系統效能與系統穩定度上比一般伺服型電腦還可靠，而平均成本上也比一般伺服型電腦低廉許多。利用嵌入式系統種種優勢，建構「嵌入式企業用多媒體簡訊服務中心」，一般社會大眾或企業用戶，不只能自行架設多媒體簡訊中心，享有價格便宜的多媒體簡訊服務，還可擁有更好的資料安全性，帶給消費者更好的服務、並讓多媒體簡訊更加普及化。
