    Abstract: 國內過去之資訊科技融入教學研究,多數主要探討個人基本變項與科技融入教學之關係,研究對象以國中小教師為主,並且缺乏理論依據。為彌補過去研究較被忽略之處,本研究以大專院校教師為研究對象,並整合科技接受模型(TAM)、計畫行為理論(TPB)與解構計畫行為理論(DTPB)作為理論基礎,探討其與行為意願之關係。本研究採用問卷調查的方式,有效回收問卷315份,有效回收率為28.4%,經實證結果發現:態度與認知行為控制對於行為意願有直接影響效果。認知易用性與認知有用性透過態度中介變項,影響行為意願。自我效能與便利條件透過認知行為控制中介變項,影響行為意願。
