Title:	遠距醫療之電子病歷安全機制

Abstract:	隨著網路的普及，科技進步迅速，帶動了遠距醫療的趨勢。遠距醫療最大的優點在於結合了電腦、通信技術與醫療從事人員的專業知識，提供偏遠和離島地區民眾全方位的醫療照顧。如此一來可以有效降低病患就醫的往返時間、金錢開銷及精力，並能充分的運用醫院及醫師資源。為了在網際網路中實現遠距醫療，電子病歷分享的概念逐漸受到世人重視。然而，透過網際網路進行電子病歷傳輸，卻存在著些許安全弱點，例如惡意的使用者或主機企圖竄改其醫生或患者的個人資料，這將對於醫生在病患的診斷上會有很大的影響，連帶使得病患的生命受到嚴重威脅，造成醫療糾紛。因此，本研究首先以統一塑模語言分析遠距醫療的安全需求，按著基於橢圓曲線密碼系統與自我驗證公開金鑰密碼系統，設計出一套遠距醫療之電子病歷安全防護機制，實現遠距醫療之安全環境，增加醫師及病患對遠距醫療的信任，同時提升醫療服務品質。
