    Abstract: 網際網路的蓬勃發展帶動了全新的企業商機,但也由於網際網路的獨特性產生了其專屬的遊戲規則。傳統實體市場上所信賴的商業典範已不再適用於網際網路上的電子商場,企業如何在這千變萬化的環境中理出條理,進而發展核心競爭力,乃是當今企業的一大挑戰。
    本研究先回顧Michael Porter的價值鍊與五力模式,探討虛擬世界中應注意的價值鍊與競爭力的特色,繼而發展出七項數位網路競爭者所應注意的效應,分別為學習效應(learning effects)、網路效應(network effects)、獨特效應(uniqueness effects)、定價效應(pricing effects)、效率效應(efficiency effects)、搜尋效應(searching effects)、協力效應(cooperation effects),並舉實例說明各效應的重要性。電子商務的經營者應該將主要資源放在啟動此七項效應,造成正向循環,以取得持久的競爭力。
