Title:	TWAREN 網路服務等級契約之研究 Service Level Agreement for TWAREN Network

Abstract:	新一代的TWAREN網路提供高速網路服務與品質保證，同時納入服務等級契約之機制，規範其所宣稱的服務品質，利用統計資料和機率中的Probability Density Function(PDF) 和Cumulative Distribution Function(CDF)評估可能的指標，同時比較TWAREN 由Production Network 換至ResearchNetwork 服務參數差異。分析PDF 是那些連結造成pulse，評估可能的因素，利用CDF 和內差法，研究如何擬定服務等級契約中服務品質參數。分析的結果我們發現骨幹切換前後Avg.RTT 降低1.5%，MaxRTT提高33%，PLR降低42%，最後Availability提高0.08%，最後我們建議TWAREN SLA 服務品質參數擬定為Average RTT 為9.44(ms)、Max RTT為42.33(ms)、Packet Loss Rate(PLR)為0.89%、Availability 為99%，提供未來與TWAREN 網路營運汲汲相關的網路管理策略與新世代營運管理系統進行規劃。
