    摘要: 近年來,隨著社交媒體的普及,社交媒體基於人際網絡的點對點傳播特質,解決大眾媒體在災難事發當下無法負荷資訊而失靈的問題,愈來愈多研究轉而討論社交媒體在災難傳播中的功能。然而,過去研究主要關注於一般大眾使用者,鮮少針對大眾新聞媒體的社交媒體傳播行為進行討論。新聞媒體的災難報導是減少社會及大眾傷亡損失的重要資訊來源,故在理解社交媒體對於災難傳播領域的重要性前提之下,本研究將社交媒體平台中的新聞媒體作為研究對象,檢視災難期間新聞媒體於社交媒體平台上的傳播表現,以及帶給災難管理領域之機會。
    本研究以南台大地震時期的東森新聞臉書粉絲專頁作為研究個案,選取2016年2月6日至2月19日兩週內的南台大地震相關貼文,採取內容分析及文本分析兩種研究方法進行檢視。研究結果發現,災難期間,媒體會改變原本經營粉絲專頁的行為表現,貼文呈現方式多元變化,且特別重視情緒表達及氛圍營造等情緒感染。整體而言,新聞媒體除了將粉絲專頁作為廣泛傳佈報導、衝高點閱率等用途,災難初期也扮演協助提供即時資訊的救急角色,不過首重傳佈訊息的速度之下,出現貼文內容欠缺完整性之情形。
