    摘要: 現今中小企業對台灣的重要性日益增加,而創業主的策略時常容易有思考不夠全面或不易清楚傳達給所有員工,因此本研究應用策略矩陣分析法於中小企業的策略制定實務當中,主要目的為日後提供企業在應用策略矩陣分析法的參考,使企業在策略思考上能夠全面且易於向所有員工闡述策略,希冀能有助於中小企業的營運與成長。
    本研究以策略矩陣分析法為理論基礎,利用個案分析法,以A公司為研究對象,藉由訪談創業主、高階主管與參考國內外文獻、期刊進行多方的資料蒐集,研究步驟為先探討整個產業概況,找出產業的切入點,再分析A公司經營流程與價值單元,並針對A公司分析其產品原特色與廣度、目標市場與各價值單元垂直整合程度,而後利用策略矩陣分析法制定五大策略模組:產品履歷、品質保證、安全性、節省成本、法規推動,並說明各模組環境前提與資源條件前提,後續建議不同策略模組須配合相對應的功能性政策方能使策略成功。
    Small and medium-size enterprises are more and more vital for Taiwan, but in these kinds of enterprises, it’s common that the strategy will rely on the CEO’s commercial intuition and knowledge. It will result that the strategy lacks comprehensive thinking and is difficult to explain to employers. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is offering the example of applying thinking framework, Strategic Matrix Analysis, to small and medium-size enterprises for assisting them trying to think comprehensively and explain clearly.
    Base on Strategic Matrix Analysis, this study use case study research method with a small and medium-size enterprise, collecting information by interviewing the CEO, high-level managers and literature reviewing.
    The research procedure is as below. First, the study analyzes the situation of the industry for figuring out the beginning point, then analyzing the business process, the feature and the target audience of product and the level of vertical integration. Next, the study applies the strategic matrix, setting five strategic modules and detailing the premises of each module. Finally, the study suggests the functional strategies for complementing the strategic modules successfully.
