    Abstract: 本研究以工作家庭增益模型之觀點,探討工作狂三元素(工作樂趣、內在驅迫與工作投入)與工作家庭增益(Work-to-family enrichment;WFE)和家庭工作增益(Family-to-work enrichment;FWE)之正向關係。並探討性別對前述關係的調節效果。本研究以便利抽樣的方式進行資料收集,共獲得433有效配對樣本。根據階層迴歸分析的結果指出,工作狂三元素(工作樂趣、內在驅迫與工作投入)與工作家庭增益(WFE)和家庭工作增益(FWE)有正向關係有顯著的正向關係,且性別會調節前述的正向關係,使得在工作狂傾向高的女性,其的情況下,工作樂趣、內在驅迫和工作投入與工作家庭增益(Work-to-family enrichment;WFE)和家庭工作增益(Family-to-work enrichment;FWE)的正向關係較強。本研究將針對其理論與實務意涵進行討論。
    The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between three elements of workaholism and work-family enrichment (WFE) and the relationships between three elements of workaholism and family-work enrichment (FWE). Furthermore, the potential moderating role of sex will also be examined. Using data collected from 433 participants, regression analyses were conducted for hypothesis testing. Results indicated that the three elements of workaholism were positively related to both WFE and FWE. Furthermore, sex moderated the relationship between positive relationship between enjoy and WFE such that the positive relationship was stronger for female workers. Theoretical and practical implications of the study findings were discussed.
