    摘要: 國人的投資風氣盛行,可供投資之標的物眾多,舉凡金融性商品、黃金、不動產、珠寶等等,都是可供挑選標的。其中,又以黃金與珠寶兼具保值、增值與配戴觀賞的價值,為投資者喜愛的商品之一。珠寶因為種類眾多、變化多樣,特別受到特定投資族群的喜好,也成為近年來熱門投資標的物。
    珠寶拍賣平台為取得投資物件的場所之一,委託者、平台業者、競價者三者為拍賣平台的重要利害關係人,影響競價過程與結果。然而影響競價結果的因素眾多,投資人若無掌握拍賣平台之選擇與操作要領,容易造成投資之損失。本研究聚焦於研究主題,就以下三個研究議題進行深入的探討,分別是「拍賣平台選擇模式探討」、「影響拍賣標的物選擇的內外在環境分析」與「多方競爭下競價策略制定」等議題。
    研究發現有三項,一是經營投資物件組合,突破單一物件選擇制約,增進整體獲利能力。二是以長期客戶關係經營替代短期交易,以有價值的優質服務強化客戶的黏著度,增進平台整體獲利力。三為運用新思維締造競合關係新境界,創造多贏契機。
