    Title: 華人組織中的犬儒主義:理論建構與實證分析

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探討犬儒主義的前置變項(antecedents),進一步驗證組織犬儒主義的構念效度。本研究以台灣企業326 位員工及大陸台商企業255員工為樣本,研究結果發現個人層次(組織挫折經驗、自我監控及工作壓力)、團體層次(主管不當對待及同事關係)及組織層次(工作特徵及組織文化)等變項皆為組織犬儒主義之前置因素,即這些前置因素皆與組織犬儒主義有顯著的關聯性。
