    摘要: 工藝產業除了對文創產業營業數據有貢獻，也是最具代表性的庶民藝術，且因群聚效果，帶動地方經濟，可以創造文創產業之外的產值，是值得研究的標的。臺灣工藝研究中心自2004年，開始認證「工藝之家」工藝師，至今已有144位工藝師在民間。他們兼具創作理念與工藝技術，堪稱是工藝類文創產品內容的寶貴源頭，但其營運資金與商業技術相對薄弱，或稱之資源相對上弱勢，如何善用手邊資源、運用資源隨創原理進行「微型創業」，是本研究目的之一。其次，工藝師如何透過「師徒關係」(mentoring relationship)傳承技藝、累積創新創業潛能，培育未來的文創創業家，成為產業內容源頭，是本研究目的之二。The study employed bricolage and mentoring perspectives to examine the cultural-creative entrepreneurs’ behaviors. Bricolage has been the popular topic to be examined in the literature of entrepreneurship. The elements of bricolage include resource at hand, make do and resource re-combination. Most of the studies of bricolage focus on one time bricolage, there was scant literature to examine the multiple bricolage. On the other side, mentoring has been attracted the attentions of talent cultivation, career development and knowledge sharing in recent studies. However there was little study to use mentoring concept to apply to the crafts industry. Therefore the study takes the challenges mentioned above. The crafts industry was chosen as the research field. The study adopted qualitative method to collect data via personal interview. The findings of the study contribute to the relevant literature as well as the practices.
