    Abstract: 本文主要探討幼教工作者的生活世界。相較於其他層級的教育工作者而言,幼教工作的本質就是一種情緒勞動,除了必須承擔超長的工作時間、勞心勞力的班級經營與自行設計的課程教學,以及低報酬的勞動條件之外,幼教老師隨時面臨人際間的衝突與壓力,包括帶班同事間主教與輔教的立場衝突、與家長教育理念的迥異,以及來自園方主管的壓力等等。但目前相關研究常見的手法就是呈現幾個幼教老師的生命故事,但這樣的研究方式無法系統性地看到文化的集體性與普遍性,容易有去脈絡化的問題。本文以幼教老師生活世界的衝突與情緒勞務作為例子,強調需要貼近現場的脈絡,看見不同文化脈絡下的文化建構。
    This paper discusses the concept of life world of preschool teachers, whose conflict with colleagues and parents is the central issue. First, the author argues that educational study is not pure macro-oriented only such as policy analysis and ideological formation, but rather synchronic with actually socio-historical process and daily-life baseline in the micro level. Consequently, this paper is in favor of the view that culture-ininteraction and the cultural construction of emotion may be the window for an investigation of the schoolteachers` life world. To argue for this view, a focus on the narratives of teachers` life is insufficient. We have to systematically analyze the logic of practice behind cooperation and conflict in certain context via cultural studies.
