    Abstract: 近年來，在數位網路及知識經濟的時代轉變下，網際網路的發展滲透到社會經濟的各個方面；訊息的交流與傳遞方式對傳統的商業模式產生了深刻影響。藉由網際網路的透明性與即時性，打破傳統的商業模式，同時帶動了平台經營創新商業模式，發展到線上、線下同時管理，可促進交易利潤，同時創造更多的商機。
    以智慧財產產業來看，智慧財產的價值與目的是在於促進經濟發展，同時為申請人及發明人創造利益價值。台灣是一個智慧財產權(專利、商標)申請大國，每年的專利、商標申請案量大約有十三萬件;智慧財產市場約有30億台幣的規模，但中小型專利商標事務所都為了爭食業務，業者之間以相互砍價，產業之間呈現一片紅海，而這對申請人及智財產業而言無疑是亟需解決的問題。
    本論文擬從網際網路思維快速發展的前提下，以實現平台經營創新商業模式為目的，以客戶為中心，基於平台商業模式特徵對企業價值模式、營銷模式、營利模式、管理模式的重新探討，並建立一套有效促進申請人、使用者及經營者三方利益的媒合平台，以達到企業擁有長期競爭優勢;本論文也將探討現今網路媒合平台提供商的相關法律定位政策與議題。因此，本論文研究問題係圍繞以下幾點:
    1.討論智慧財產權媒合平台對此產業的適用性及可否進一步結合資本市場應用讓效益價值增加；
    2.討論專業服務媒合平台在台灣相關適法性及政策議題；
    3.個案公司如何在策略上透過複製完整的服務平台經濟模式持續發展。
    This study investigates how Taiwan intellectual property firms to change their business model from the tradition to a network platform, network management, network relationship, and network structure to accommodate the influence of internal and external environment, then to vary network strategic types in order to adapt environmental changes. Especially, a further discussion is issued whether the capital market can be applied to the business mode of IP network platform in Taiwan.

    Through the longitudinal study of Chinese company which is the first company using IP platform as a public company in China capital market to investigate processes and content of network strategies change. Study also describes the innovative business mode from a Taiwanese AIPT company to be a public company in the capital market.
