    摘要: 本研究之目的有三:(一)探討考生填選志願之型態及其影響因素。(二)探討填選志願型態之效果。(三)探討填選志願型態與需求輔導之關係。
    本研究以八所大學院校,十六個學系共648位大一學生和學人補習班198位重考生為研究樣本。取得有效問卷共752份。並以田納西自我概念量表之自我批評分量表,性別角色量表,內外控量表,填選志願型態量表,以及其他自編問卷為工具。
    研究結果發現:(一)考生填選志願型態可分為三組群,即直覺組、妥協組、理智組。(二)男性特質、內控信念有助於邏輯之填選志願型態,並減低依賴之填選志願型態。(三)邏輯型、前瞻型有助於各項資料了解程度,而依賴型則會妨害。(四)邏輯型、前瞻型有助於學系滿意度。(五)邏輯型、前膽型、依賴型有助於各項資料需求程度,而盲目型則有害。(六)考生認為系統決策方法之輔導措施對其填選志願幫助頗大。直覺組認為輔導他去想像自己到底喜歡什麼樣的學系和職業對其填選志願助益最大。
    並根據研究發現提出建議:(一)提供考生有關填選志願之充份資料。(二)加強男性正向特質、內控信念。(三)培養學生系統決策能力。(四)了解學生決策型態。(五)針對不同決策型態給予適當的輔導措施。
