    Abstract: 勞資關係的安定和諧,和一國的經濟成長息息相關。而日本企業的終身雇用制,為勞資關係的重要因素。它的形成,為基於日本社會特有的文化,歷史風土,及人為刻意的創造而成立。由於一位員工在進入企業時,即假設自己將一輩子留在此公司,因此形成員工對企業的忠誠心,一體感,而企業也願意從事教育訓練的投資,及講求企業福利的提供,因此,對勞資關係的安定和諧有其貢獻。我國企業跳槽風氣盛行,日本的長期雇用的策略,無疑的可提供國人另一思想空間。
