    Abstract: 本研究採理論研究與意見調查法，首先廣泛探討文獻，確定影響離職的主要因素有三類：（一）機構因素，分薪資與陞遷、機構大小、領導方式及同事關係；（二）工作內容因素，分工作壓力，工作的自主性及工作的重覆性；（三）個人因素，分性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、家庭及人格特質。其次，以意見調查表調查導致離職之主因，並比較離職者與在職者對社會福利工作之看法差異。調查之主要發現共有七大點，為提高社會福利工作人員任職比率及提升我國社會福利工作的品質，本研究試提三大項建議，謹供作政府有關行政單位、社會福利機構，社會有關學系學生輔導工作之參考。
