Abstract:	組織內的決策問題受限於事項本質、決策者習慣與價值、組織特徵、環境狀況及其他條件、資源限制，使決策行為與過程亦因而有不同的表徵；本文試從所有內外在環境因素中，簡約出決策之問題結構與權力結構等兩項情境構面，並進一步推論，認為決策者如欲制定成功或滿意的決策，便須依據該兩項情境規劃決策行為，依決策問題的良好或不良結構，決策資訊可為客觀或主觀性內容，溝通方式亦可分指示或諮商性，其統稱為溝通互動行為，同樣的，依決策權力之集中或分散，將有不同的社會性互動程度，及主動或被動的互動方式，其統稱為社會互動行為；基於決策行為中之溝通行為與社會互動行為的不同，將有其各自對應的專斷、科層、規劃、政治等不同特徵的決策型態。
