    Abstract: 本研究在於探討國內校園實習電台之實習學生其工作壓力與組織承諾之現況,進而探討工作壓力與組織承諾之間的相關性。研究者以淡江之聲、政大之聲、銘傳之聲為研究對象。本研究發現,銘傳之聲工作壓力顯著高於政大之聲,淡江之聲的工作壓力也同樣顯著高於政大之聲。而政大之聲的組織承諾顯著高於銘傳之聲,也高於淡江之聲。此三個校園實習電台學生之工作壓力與組織承諾呈負相關,意即工作壓力愈高,組織承諾愈低,或工作壓力愈低,組織承諾愈高。
    The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the job stress and organizational commitment of the interns in three campus radio stations. The results show that relationship between job stress and organizational commitment is negative, and relationship between working hours and job stress is positive.
