(Food and Agriculture Organizations of the United Nations)等,試圖改變國際組織在全球性的議題設定,本論文以學界目前對非政府組織對國際環境談判政治的影響為分析架構,並選擇主要由全球性的農民運動團體「農民之路」(La Via Campesina)在聯合國人權理事會所倡議的新人權「農民權」為分析個案,以探討跨國倡議團體對影響國際組織政策產出的成效。
