Abstract: | 同時,本文為紀念劉師江彬之榮退,文章中多引用劉師著作與筆者受指導後的著作,為一回顧與感念師恩之作。 In 1980’s, there were many successful university technology transfer models in United States. Professor Paul C.B. Liu took the successful experience to Taiwan. It is a great contribution that he instructed students in researching technology transfer. This paper was a literature review. The author discussed the three important based theories to impact on echnology transfer. In the way of knowledge based theory, there were five considerations, including (1)transferability, (2) aggregation, (3)appropriability, (4)specialization, and (5)production. In the way of transaction cost analysis, there were four considerations, including (1)vertical integration, (2)inter-organizational relationships, (3)horizontal integration, and (4)opportunism. In the way of industrial ecology, there were three considerations, including (1) R-strategy & K-strategy, (2)environmental inducement, and (3)institutional ressures. These major theories were developed maturely. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any linkage relation between three theories in technology transfer. This paper ranked the KBT, TCA and industrial ecology in technology condition. At the same time, it was strategy level by function, business, and industry environment. The discussion is able to provide reference for researching technology transfer. At last, this paper has an important purpose that commemorates the retirement of Professor Liu in 2008 Dec. |
