    Title: The Participants and Their Motivation of "Human Flesh Search" --Comparing the Phenomena in Taiwan and the Chinese Mainland

    Abstract: Although having been emerging human flesh search (HFS) in America, British,Japan, the Chinese regions are the places where HFS has been the most frequent,Especially in Taiwan and China. This study comparing differences between the two regions of the “ participants”, “motivation” and “participation”, through an empirical way,online survey, Study results indicate that: (1) China HFS is higher than Taiwan in the participation degree;(2) Taiwan users status and motivation to participate in a correlation;(3)The relationship between the motivation and participation of articipants on the “altruism”, but the correlation between the "pleasure" and "public individuation " in Taiwan is also related to the degree of participation.
