    摘要: 本文旨在論述「仁」在康有為《中庸注》、《孟子微》、《論語注》三書中呈現的角色與內涵。康有為於戊戌變法失敗後,逃亡海外,潛心注解經典,完成《中庸注》、《孟子微》、《論語注》、《大學注》四書,然而《大學注》未刊,今日僅前三書。本文討論康有為「仁」說的闡釋,並從「仁的根源」、「仁的性質」、「仁的表現」以及「仁為公理」四部分討論「仁」在康有為經典詮釋的內涵,以及在其學思系統中的定位。康有為論「仁」與其所欲建構之「大同世界」關聯密切,「仁」為「大同世界」之根柢與基礎。但是,從康有為對於「人性」的論述,卻可發現當中或有矛盾之處,因而難以圓滿其「大同世界」的理論架構。康有為在近代經學史上為重要代表人物,其欲創造世界大同的努力,可自其「仁」說得見一斑,然而其說法或有難以圓說之問題,或有理想易而實踐難之部分,使其難免於非議,最終其抵抗文化崩頹的努力也難見成效。
    This article aims to discuss the annotation of "Ren"(仁) in Kang-You wei` s three books : "Chongyung zhu"(中庸注), "Mengzi wei"(孟子微) and "Lunyu zhu"(論語注). After the failure in the Reform Movement in 1898, Kang-You wei, fled overseas, fastidiously annotated classics and completed "Chongyung zhu", "Mengzi wei", "Lunyu zhu" and "Daxue zhu"(大學注) four books. Because "Daxue zhu" unpublished, today we can only see the first three books. This article discusses the annotation of "Ren" in Kang-You wei`s own context for four parts: the source of "Ren", the property of "Ren", the expression of "Ren" and "Ren" becomes the axiom. The idea of "Ren" in Kang is closely relating to the "Datong" (大同)world. "Ren" is the fundament of the "Datong" world. But, in Kang`s discourse of human nature, he seems to believe that the human nature are including virtuous, which conflicting with "Datong" world. In this way, whether the "Datong" world can be achieved or not becoming a question. Kang is an important representative individual in the modern history of China. His effort in creating "Datong" world can find in his discourse of "Ren". But because of a lot of grounds, his effort to resist the collapse of Confucianism was ineffective in the end.
