    摘要: 本文透過對國內大型房屋仲介公司之問卷調查，探討目前有關證照考試所爭議的重要議題。經調查結果，不動產經紀人證照制度實行後，大多數的房屋仲介業受訪者都抱持正面的評價。由檢定結果可得到，取得證照考試及格與否對於考試方式、考試題型、考試間隔、實際從事不動產仲介或代銷事務滿二年和營業保證金有助於減少消費者損失的看法具有顯著性的差異。而就考試科目之整體出題方向與內容來看，考試及格者相較於不及格者認為整體出題方向與內容較符合實務所需。而證照考試於提升從業人員正面形象、專業素養、減少交易糾紛、提高服務品質、增加認同感、增進交易者權益、健全市場之發展、提升從業人員職業道德等方面，證照考試及格者均較考試未及格者持較為肯定的態度。
    This paper examined the problem of the license examination for the housing brokerage market. We surveyed the worker of housing brokerage industry to use sampling method. We used the whether to have pass examination as independent variable. We can attain the significant differences relative to variables to have examination type, examination periods, requirement cash etc.
