    摘要: 本文論述後極權資本主義發展型國家的概念，描述中國後極權資本主義發展型國家的演化。改革開放以後，中國已從初期的後極權轉型為混種的後極權，也逐漸形成類似東亞資本主義發展型國家的制度輪廓，但仍有其獨特性，如國有企業在整體經濟中的地位。中國一方面大力推動信息化的基礎建設與各種應用，同時不斷改組政府部會，另一方面又對信息科技的發展與使用進行嚴密的政治控制。這種既放又收的信息化政策，與後極權資本主義發展型國家的政治經濟體系有密切的關連。
    The paper describes the evolution of China’s post-totalitarian capitalist developmental state with the illustration of China’s informationalization policies. The paper argues that the contradictory dynamics of China’s policies of developing the industries of information and telecommunications technologies(ICT) and controlling the application of ICT has been embedded in the peculiar combination of the evolving post-totalitarian regime and emerging capitalist developmental state institution.
